Cave Secrète is an independent wine shop in the St. Johannis district of Nuremberg, which has quickly established itself as a specialist shop for French and Italian high-quality wines and Champagne and as a meeting place for wine lovers.

We carefully select our wines and import them directly from independent winemakers. Yasmina, the owner, will give you a warm welcome and assist you with your choice. We regularly organize wine tastings to introduce you to our products. You can also book private wine tastings for you and your friends or colleagues.

At Cave Secrète you will find a selection of over 300 wines with 150 appellations from regions such as Burgundy, Bordeaux, Alsace, the Loire Valley, Piedmont, Tuscany and Sicily, to name but a few, as well as some gems from Germany and Austria.

A wonderful shop, lovingly decorated and with a fantastic selection of wines, predominantly from France and Italy, and exquisite gourmet foods from La Belle Iloise and Mariage Frères. We received excellent advice and were even offered a complimentary tasting of an open white wine. We also received helpful tips on how to properly taste wines. Fantastic! Keep up the good work!

Admittedly, I am just a beginner wine enthusiast. But after stopping in Cave Secrète, at the recommendation of a coworker, a whole new world has been opened up to me! Not only is their selection simply incredible, they have a wide range of vintages, varieties, and regions to explore, Yasmina and Michelle were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. Michelle suggested the perfect bottle of wine based off my preferences which even my wife (who doesn't care for wine) loved! If you're ever in the Nuremberg area, Cave Secrète is a MUST visit. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful evening and great wine pairing experience! The place is very cosy and inviting. Yasmina is a wonderful and very knowledgeable host. She exhibited an exceptional ability to articulate her expertise in a manner that was both comprehensive and accessible for us wine beginners. One of the best evenings we've ever had as a group! We heard about it through a friend's recommendation and decided to give it a try and go to a wine tasting together. By sheer luck, a last-minute booking became available, and we immediately accepted. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Yasmina and instantly fell in love with this small but exquisite shop. The selection, the presentation—everything was perfect. When the tasting began, we were all a bit reserved at first, but Yasmina knew how to draw out the information from each of us and shared her knowledge of the wonderful wines with us in a very competent and courteous manner. Each wine was accompanied by a small bite to eat, which was anything but meager: quiche with salmon and caviar, a cheese platter, a charcuterie board, and even foie gras. The selected wines were simply amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We highly recommend giving it a try and experiencing it for yourself. We personally will come back again and hopefully spend many more wonderful evenings there.

When moving to St. Johannis, I always walked past Yasmina's wine shop, thinking of stepping by one day. The moment I entered the shop, I felt like home. It's not only an amazing wine shop where you can find something for every occasion, but also a place to run into the most fun and amazing people to have a chat with. Yasmina always picks the perfect bottle of wine for every occasion, regardless if it's a lower or higher price range. She also has a fine variety of champagnes and green tea to complement her offer. You'll for sure find something according to your preferences!

A friend recommended this shop to me, and I'm so glad I followed his advice. I've found my go-to wine merchant there. Yasmina is an excellent connoisseur of both wine and people, and she greets her guests in English or French. All the wines I wanted to try, as well as her other recommendations, were spot-on and exciting. My current favorite white wine was one of her picks—a perfect choice on my very first visit to her shop. Besides wine, Cave Secrète also offers a fantastic selection of champagnes. Perhaps we'll be back sometime... Until then!

On our trip to Germany we stopped in Nurnberg for several days, during that time we booked an evening with Yasmina. I'm more of a beer/whiskey drinker but I do enjoy wine as well and she made that even so much fun, I would go again. It is clear that she is an expert at her craft but she adds so much more to the experience because she herself is a joy to be around. Thanks Yasmina!

I brought a group to Yasmina’s wine shop for a wine tasting while visiting Nuremberg’s Christmas Markets. This was the most intimate, knowledgeable, gourmet wine tasting I have ever had. The food was delicious and perfectly paired with the wine. Yasmina is so knowledgeable and fun! She took the time to cater everything to our tastes. The atmosphere was top notch too. I will visit her shop every time I’m in Nurnberg!
